I have a family home in Canary Wharf, London E14. Its a Semi Detached house. Its a 4 bedroom house, and I am looking to let 2 of the rooms. One room is a double and one room is a single.

I am only looking for FEMALE ONLY TENANTS. As there is currently one female in the house already.

I am renting the rooms out at considerably lower price than market rates because I am looking for some people who will look after my house and the way things are. The rent for the double room would be £150 (per week) for a single person, and £185 (per week) for 2 people sharing a room.

I also have a single room, which is a big single room for London, and the price for that is £115.38 (per week).

All bills are included, including gas, electricity and council tax.
