You will be sharing the flat with a couple (me and my husband).We both work full time and we enjoy socializing with friends and we are looking for someone similar. Someone ho is clean and considerate and cleans up after themselves.
It is allocated in Pennywell Gardens, 15 min by buss to the city center and also the public transport is in front of the building (14, 27, 37, 16).The area got some coffee shop, Morrison, Lidl, take away.
Rent is £450 for one person with all bills.
The rent for couple is £450 but bills are not included.
One month advance is required.
Room is reserved on first come basis upon receipt of the deposit.
