Spacious double room with wooden floor, double bed, sofa, big wardrobe with full figure mirror, desk and studio chair. The windows are quite big so there is lots of natural light.
The flat is on the second floor of the building. It's very nice and there is lots of storage space. There is a small back garden, big kitchen with all withe goods and a wooden table. Bathroom is also quite big, with bathtub.
Rent is £350 per person per month, bills excluded. I am a student so I don't pay council tax.
My name is Chiara, I am 22 and from the north of Italy. I study Events Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. I am a fairly decent human being, but I do have a weird sense of humour. I am chilled and quiet. I enjoy hanging out and making conversation. I love baking and cook quite a lot. I enjoy food, I am not veg but I prefer plant based food. I also really like watching movies and tv series.
I am very clean and like the flat to be so as regards the shared spaces. I don't mind the gender of the person I am sharing the flat with but I prefer them to be around my age (at least in spirit).
