looking for 2 bedroom flat or house

I am looking for a 2-bedroom house in the borough of Enfield (preferably Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill, Bush Hill Park, Southgate, Gordon Hill, Highlands, Grange Park, Southbury, Cockfosters, Oakwood, Enfield Chase or Enfield Town areas) or north london for myself (housing benefit ) and my 2-month-daughter - unfurnished. I am a non-smoker and we have no pets.

I am looking to rent long-term (at least 2 years, if not longer). Must accept Housing benefit

The last property I was renting was given back to the landlord in better condition than it was when I moved in. I always have and always will treat the property I am renting as if it were my own.
